2. Is it suitable for food contact?
   Yes. The material complies with Regulation (EC) 1935/2004 on materials suitable for food contact, and is also FDA approved (CFR 21) for food use.
3. Up to what temperature can it be cleaned?
   It is autoclavable up to 121°C and dishwasher safe up to ~93°C.
4. Won't the scraper scratch my equipment?
   Polypropylene is a relatively soft material compared to metal. However, a damaged or misused blade could damage delicate surfaces—check the blade's condition regularly.
