Soudacompound FR is a non-shrinking, gypsum-based mortar that can be mixed with water.
The mortar can be mixed either for pouring or for spreading around passages.

Features :

Applications:

• Soudacompound FR plaster can be used to seal penetrations in fire-rated walls and floors. The product offers up to 4 hours of fire resistance.

Applications:

1. Measure the correct amount of water into the container and gradually add Soudacompound FR to the water, stirring constantly until the mass is uniform.
2. The mixing ratio of water and powder is 1:3, for the flowing mass 1:2.
3. Mix only the amount needed during product use (10-20 min).
4. Working and curing times are reduced by decreasing the amount of water or increasing the temperature.
5. Note that the operation cannot be carried out at temperatures above 35°C.
   The curing time is normally about 30-90 minutes.
6. Large quantities can be mixed with a mixing wand, smaller quantities can be mixed manually.
7. Remove any loose material around the passageway.
8. Add the gypsum to the clear water and mix either by hand or with a mixer.
9. Pour the mixture into the mold or spread it with a spatula in the channel.
10. Keep the bag dry and protect it from potential impacts.
11. Clean tools and equipment with water immediately after use.
