Fix ALL High Tack is a neutral, permanently elastic adhesive and sealant based on SMX polymers, with very high initial tack. Fix ALL High Tack is a KOMO-certified fixing adhesive based on BRL3107.

Applications:

• Sealing and bonding application in the construction and metal industries.
• Gluing and mounting objects, panels, boards (wood, panels, MDF, particle board, etc.) on the most diverse materials.
• Flexible bonding in the bodywork industry and container construction.
• Seals in bathrooms and kitchens.

Chemical resistance:

Good resistance to (salt) water, aliphatic solvents, hydrocarbons, ketones, esters, alcohols, dilute inorganic acids and alkalis. Poor resistance to aromatic solvents, concentrated acids, chlorinated hydrocarbons.

Supports:

Types: all common building surfaces, treated wood, metals, PVC, plastics

Condition: non-deformable, clean, dry or slightly damp, dust-free and grease-free.

Pretreatment: Apply Primer 150 to porous surfaces under high water pressure. Prepare non-porous surfaces with a Soudal activator or cleaner (see technical data sheet).

Not suitable for PE, PP, PTFE (e.g., Teflon®), bituminous substrates, copper, or copper-containing materials such as bronze and brass. A preliminary adhesion and compatibility test on all surfaces is recommended.

1. Can the Fix ALL High Tack replace screws or wall plugs?
   Yes, in many cases. Thanks to its very high initial adhesion, it allows for the fixing of light to medium-weight elements without drilling. For very heavy loads or safety applications, a mechanical reinforcement may be recommended.
2. Can it be used outdoors?
   Yes, Fix ALL High Tack is UV, moisture and weather resistant, making it perfectly suited for outdoor applications.
3. Is it compatible with damp surfaces?
   Yes, it adheres to slightly damp surfaces, but not dripping wet ones.
4. Can Fix ALL High Tack be painted?
   Yes, once fully cured, it can be painted with most water-based or solvent-based paints. A preliminary test is recommended.
5. What is the complete drying time?
   Polymerization takes approximately 2 to 3 mm per 24 hours, depending on the thickness of the joint, the temperature and the ambient humidity.
6. Is it suitable for natural stone or mirrors?
   Yes, it is compatible with natural stone (without staining) and can be used for fixing mirrors, provided that the installation recommendations are followed.
7. Can it be used on plastic?
   Yes, on many rigid plastics (PVC, ABS, etc.), but not on PE, PP, or PTFE. A preliminary adhesion test is strongly recommended.
