Sikafloor CureHard LI is a water-based lithium silicate mixture for sealing and post-treatment of freshly poured or hardened concrete that is smoothed or polished. Sikafloor CureHard LI is less susceptible to the formation of stubborn white efflorescence in case of over-application compared to similar sodium or potassium silicate-based products. Once applied to a concrete surface, Sikafloor CureHard LI penetrates that surface and initiates a chemical reaction and subsequent crystallization of the reaction products, resulting in a filling of the pores in the concrete surface.
