      770 LANKOREP FIN RAPIDE is a single-component mortar with compensated shrinkage, it consists of sands, special cements, fibers and additives suitable to give it its qualities.
      Its very closed porosity considerably delays the progression of carbonation.

      Areas of application:

      • Repair of concrete surfaces, shoulders, honeycombs, step nose, prefabricated parts.
      • Restructuring of degraded structures: beams, slabs, posts, vaults, dam radiers and weirs, works in tidal zone.
      • Reinforcement of weakened structures such as balconies, acrotères, cornices.
      • Treatment of throats and plucks in waterproofing work.
      • Treatment of passive cracks.

      Characteristics:

      • Active constituents based on hydraulic binders, synthetic fibers and free of metal particles.
      • Gray powder ready to wet.
      • Particle size: 0 to 0.8 mm.
      • Hardened product density: 2.1 ± 0.1.
      • Adhesion by tearing tests according to NF EN1542: ≥ 1.5 MPa.
      • pH mortar: 12.5.
      • Forms a passive film on the surface of the frame, protecting it from corrosion.
      • Mortar suitable for exposure classes XC 1 to 4, XD 1 to 2, XF 1 to 4 defined by the Concrete standard NF EN 206/CN.
