Procolle pistol PU - Polyurethane foam in aerosol - Zep Industries

One-component, self-expanding , ready-to-use polyurethane foam for filling, assembling, insulating and bonding many types of building materials.

Properties :

• Easy to use : Use with a foam gun ( PROCOLLE PISTOL PISTOLET ).
  Immediately ready for use.
  No preparation required compared to standard mortars or adhesives.
• Significant adhesive force : 8 tonnes per m2.
• Very quick setting : Around 10 minutes.
• Applicable on many supports : Wood, concrete, brick, metal, aluminum, plasterboard, polystyrene, coatings, etc.
• Multifunctional : Very suitable for filling and sealing with excellent mounting capabilities.
  Can be used indoors and outdoors.
  Effectively replaces mechanical fasteners.
  Offers excellent thermal and acoustic insulation.

Applications:

• Bonding of insulating panels made of polystyrene, polyurethane, glass wool or rock wool.
• Bonding and assembly of hollow bricks, terracotta, cellular concrete, gypsum slabs, concrete blocks.
• Glue terracotta tiles.
• Thermal insulation from the outside.
• Insulation of adhesive tiles.
• Joint between separating walls, ceiling and floor.
• Passages of pipes and pipes through walls and floors.
• Seal around window and door frames.

Manual :

1. Before application, moisten the surfaces to obtain better foam performance.
2. Moss hardens under the influence of humidity in the air and soil.
3. Take into account the expansion of the foam (2 to 3 times its initial volume).
4. The foam should be applied at a temperature between 5°C and 25°C, with the optimum temperature being 20°C.
5. Shake the aerosol vigorously for 30 seconds or 20 times before starting to use it to ensure good homogenization of the chemical components in the package.
6. Screw PROCOLLE PISTOL PISTOLET onto the aerosol.
7. Turn the aerosol upside down and apply to clean, dust-free and degreased surfaces.
8. React after each pause.
9. The fresh foam and the gun can be cleaned with our PROCOLLE PISTOL SOLV.
10. After curing, excess foam can be removed with a knife or trowel and the cured foam can be finished and/or painted.
