Concentrated biotechnological degreaser which deeply eliminates oils and hydrocarbons impregnated in porous surfaces (concrete, self-locking paving stones, etc.) and prevents the reappearance of stains .

Applications:

Concentrated biotechnological degreaser particularly suitable for cleaning floors, surfaces or mechanical parts heavily soiled by mineral or synthetic oils/greases.

Instructions for use:

1. Cleaning floors and surfaces heavily impregnated with oils, grease, fuels (workshops, service station runways, collective parking lots, technical areas and aviation tarmac).
2. Washing: 1 to 3% depending on the level of soiling.
3. Restoration treatment: use the product without dilution.
4. Removal of gum marks on surfaces: 5 to 10%.
5. Cleaning mechanical parts by fountain or simple soaking: 3% to 5% maximum.
6. Removal of scale on mechanical parts by fountain or simple soaking: 3% to 5% maximum.
7. Engine wash: 10%.
8. Pre-washing car rims: 5 to 20%.

FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

1. Can PolBio Enzyoil be used on asphalt or bitumen?
   Not recommended. This product should not be applied to surfaces containing bitumen or asphalt, as these materials may absorb the product or be degraded.
2. Which dilution should you choose for daily cleaning vs. restoration?
   For routine maintenance, a dilution of 5 to 10% is generally sufficient. For very stubborn stains, you can apply the product neat or at a higher concentration for a limited time.
3. Does PolBio Enzyoil give off unpleasant odors?
   No, the product is fragrance-free or has a very low fragrance depending on the formulation, and its enzymatic action even helps reduce unpleasant odors linked to residues.
4. How long should the product be left on before rinsing?
   Approximately 15 to 20 minutes is recommended to allow the enzymes to fully work.
5. Is the product safe for operators/environment?
   Yes, under normal conditions of use. It does not contain any imposed occupational exposure limit values (OELVs) and uses biodegradable surfactants in compliance with EC Directive 648/2004. However, as with any chemical product, it is important to use personal protection (gloves, goggles, etc.) and to consult the SDS.
6. Can it be used to clean mechanical parts by immersion/soaking?
   Yes. The product can be used as a soak or bath (3 to 5%) to clean heavily soiled mechanical parts.
