PolTech Antifoam is used for the prevention and control of foaming detergents in all applications and industries.

Applications:

Defoaming additive for all types of tanks. Suitable for dishwashers, CIP systems, steam and high-pressure systems. Fragrance-free, dye-free, and non-allergenic. No stringent OELs (Occupational Exposure Limits).

Instructions for use:

1. Scrubber tank, pour a little anti-foam into the wastewater tank before starting the vacuuming operation.
2. Pump system (Laundromat), add antifoam as required to prevent foam buildup.
3. CIP (Cleaning In Place), add the antifoam drop by drop until the foam is completely controlled.
4. For high pressure and steam appliances, add the antifoam at a rate of 0.2 to 0.5% (20 to 50ml/10L).

1. Is it compatible with all floor scrubbers and vacuum cleaners?
   Yes, PolTech Anti-Foam is compatible with all brands and models (Kärcher, Nilfisk, Tennant, ICA, etc.). Simply add it to the collection tray.
2. Can it be used with any detergent?
   Yes, the product is neutral and does not interfere with the action of detergents, even the most foaming ones.
3. How much should I use?
   Generally, 10 to 20 ml is sufficient for a standard floor scrubber. For industrial applications: 0.1 to 0.5%.
4. Does the anti-foam product completely prevent the formation of foam?
   It significantly reduces foam and can eliminate it completely depending on the dosage. In highly foamy environments, a small additional dose may be necessary.
5. Is the product dangerous for machines?
   No, on the contrary, it protects the machines against overflows and reduces the risks associated with foam suction.
6. Can it be used directly on existing foam?
   Yes, a few drops applied directly to the foam are enough for an immediate effect.
7. Does the product have an odor?
   It is virtually odorless, allowing for discreet use in public or sensitive areas.
8. Can it be used in a food environment?
   Yes, but only in areas not in direct contact with food. Rinse surfaces if necessary.
9. Do I need to rinse after use?
   No, unless you have used it in a circuit that comes into contact with food surfaces.
10. How long does the product keep?
    The shelf life is 2 years under normal conditions (protected from frost and heat).
