Bacteria are present on all surfaces and some of them can cause diseases (highly contagious). it is therefore necessary to clean and disinfect your surfaces: worktops, kitchen equipment, handles, keyboards, switches...

Thanks to its cleaning and disinfecting action, Clean & Pur is the ideal solution to treat all surfaces, including surfaces in contact with foodstuffs.

Main bactericidal activities:

• Pseudomonas aeruginosa: contaminant of hospitals and public places, pathogenic to humans.
• Escherichia coli: sometimes pathogenic to humans and a common cause of childhood diarrhea. May cause urinary tract infections. Present in the normal flora of human feces and therefore indicates faecal contamination.
• Enterococcus hirae: fecal bacteria, pathogenic, can cause intestinal problems, diarrhea. Infrequent.
• Staphylococcus aureus: contaminating hospitals and public places, can be severely pathogenic and infectious.
• Staphylococcus epidermis: part of the normal flora of the skin and mucous membranes.
• Streptococcus faecalis: resides in the intestine of humans and is therefore characteristic of faecal contamination. Not very pathogenic. Very common.
• Brevibacterium ammoniagenes: contaminating feces of the child, predisposes to rashes of the gluteal folds in children.
• Bacillus subtilis: widespread in soils and decaying organic substances.
• Salmonella typhosa: contaminant of water and food, highly pathogenic.
• Salmonella choleraesuis: contaminant of water and food, sometimes pathogenic to humans.
• Salmonella pullorum: contaminant of water and food, sometimes pathogenic to humans.
• Proteus mirabilis: widely distributed in decaying organic matter, sometimes pathogenic to humans.
• Proteus vulgaris: widely distributed in decaying organic matter, sometimes pathogenic to humans.
• Pseudomonas fluorescens: widely spread and carried by water.

The first 4 strains were tested for efficacy at the Institut Pasteur in Lille (France) according to NFT 72-190 (CN/0100407 ratio).

The other strains were tested according to the official analytical methods of the AOAC (USA), 15e edition, 1990.
