GTC - Rust remover - Guard Industrie

GTC is a rust remover for cleaning formwork and all equipment used in building and public works.

It is a new generation product, it has been designed to meet the different requirements of applicators in terms of safety during implementation, effectiveness , impact on nature and respect for the treated surfaces.
In fact, unlike traditional acidic products, it is not classified as corrosive but irritant, which greatly limits the risk of danger during its use.

Use

• Ideal for the maintenance of construction equipment: metal forms and formwork, concrete skips, props, BPE plants, mixer trucks, etc.

Implementation

1. It is essential to carry out preliminary tests and to wear personal protective equipment.
2. Use the product in its pure state: do not dilute or mix with other products.
3. Spray the product using a low pressure sprayer on a dry surface.
4. Leave the product to act for approximately 30 minutes.
   The action time varies depending on the importance of the rust to be removed.
5. Rinse the entire surface using a high pressure cleaner.
6. There is no need to neutralize after rinsing.

Application tools

Apply with a low pressure sprayer.

Consumption

8 to 10 m²/kg.

Conditioning

25kg and 230kg.
