Multi-purpose sealant.

• It replaces the use of standard and finishing putty, thanks to its sandability and grain size.

Applications:

• Filling of crevices, cracks and hollows in metal sheets, even zinc-plated and galvanized ones.
• Repairing scratches, tears and dents on cars.
• Repairs to surfaces made of metal, polyester and wood.
• Filling cracks in the wood

Instructions for use:

1. Apply a small amount of paste to a flat surface and mix it with 2 to 3% hardener.
2. Mix thoroughly until the hardener strands are no longer visible.
3. Do not mix more product than you can use within ± 5 min.
4. Apply the mixture quickly and smoothly using a spatula (in several layers if necessary), until the top surface slightly overhangs the adjacent part.
5. After hardening, it is possible to continue the surface treatment (sanding, painting, etc.).
6. Cleaning product: Acetone
7. Repair: With the same product.

FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

1. On which automotive plastics can it be used?
   The coating adheres very well to most rigid plastics such as ABS, PC, and PU. For flexible or difficult plastics like PE and PP, a test is recommended, or the use of a plastic adhesion primer.
2. Can it be used on a car body that has already been painted?
   Yes, provided the paint is sanded to create a surface for adhesion. Varnished areas must be mattified.
3. What is the drying time before sanding?
   Between 20 and 30 minutes, depending on the thickness, humidity and ambient temperature.
4. Is it compatible with all paints?
   Yes, Soudal polyester coating can be covered by the majority of automotive primers, undercoats and paints (acrylics, polyurethane, 2K…).
5. Can multiple layers be applied?
   Yes. It is even recommended to apply several thin coats rather than one thick one.
6. Is it resistant to vibrations and shocks?
   Yes. The polyester formulation offers very good mechanical resistance, perfectly suited to vehicles.
7. Does the coating shrink over time? No, once polymerized, it retains its shape and does not shrink.
8. How to avoid bubbles in the plaster?
   Do not mix too vigorously. Mix gently to avoid incorporating air.
