TM Clearsana - Beverage pump cleaner - Zep Industries

Chlorine-free hygienic cleaner for beverage pump installations.
Liquid alkaline hygienic cleaner for stubborn deposits in beverage pump installations. Recommended for regular cleaning for circulation applications .

Properties :

• Hygienic cleaning with inorganic oxidizing agents.
• Very powerful hygienic cleaning properties thanks to a unique formula, very high alkalinity.
• Without surfactants or chlorine.
• It rinses much faster than other alkaline cleaning agents.
• The red tint of the product guarantees safe application without leaving marks on the equipment.

Applications:

Hygienic cleaning of beverage pumps.

Manual :

1. Always pre-rinse the cleaning tank or bucket and beverage lines.
2. Fill the cleaning tank with lukewarm water (up to 35°C).
3. Add 3-5% TM Clearsana.
4. Connect the (beer) fitting of the C02 pressurized beverage keg to the cleaning tank or place the hoses in the bucket with the cleaning solution and start the pump.
5. Leave to act for at least 10 minutes (circulation or soaking).
6. Maximum contact time: 30 minutes.
7. Fill the cleaning tank or bucket with tap water and rinse with TM Clearsana cleaning solution.
8. Check that the pH is below pH 8 (e.g. using a pH test strip) before reconnecting the drums to the system.
