Versatile adhesive putty based on MS polymer which adheres perfectly to glass, rubber, metals, wood and derivatives, concrete, ceramics, as well as many duroplastic and thermoplastic materials .

Very fast polymerization.
Flexible, non-shrinkage bonding.
Does not require any primer.

Properties :

• Fast one-component putty based on very high performance MS polymer.
• Intended for bonding windshields, rear and side windows on motor vehicles, coaches, buses, trucks, public works, etc. …
• Adheres perfectly to the glass.
• It also adheres to rubber, metals (aluminum, stainless steel, zinc plated, pre-lacquered, etc.), wood and derivatives, ceramics, as well as many duroplastic and thermoplastic materials.
• Rapid polymerization: dust free in 20 min.
  Drying in 24 hours for a 4 mm bead (at 20°C and 50% relative humidity).
• Without solvents and without isocyanates: odorless, neither during application nor after drying.
• Without silicones: can be painted with most paints used in the automotive industry.
• Resists temperatures from –40°C to +90°C, after application.
• Resists hydrocarbons, diluted acids as well as salt or chlorinated water.
• Cartridge packaging for easy extrusion.

Applications:

Used in industrial and refrigeration bodywork, automobile repair.

Manual :

1. Degrease the windshield.
2. Remove the old seal with a suitable tool.
3. To clean.
4. Remove MS Windshield by extruding triangle-shaped cords.
5. Install the windshield within 10 minutes.
6. Vehicle return to service time:
   3 hours if the vehicle is not equipped with an airbag.
   4 hours if the vehicle is equipped with an airbag.
   6 hours if the vehicle is equipped with two airbags.
