One-component elastomeric sealant based on silicone , cold vulcanizing.

It can be used for bonding materials subject to vibrations and relatively high temperatures , as a gasket for engine casings or water pumps , or as a gasket for ovens.
Excellent resistance to temperatures between -40 and +180°C.

Properties :

• Strong adhesion to almost all materials : Adheres to ceramic, enamel, glass, aluminum, steel, stainless steel, and some duroplastic or thermoplastic materials.
• Safe use : The product is not conductive.

Specific applications:

Mechanical : Valves, seals, rubber parts, repair of leaks, chain covers, O-rings, deflectors, housings, water pumps, oil pumps.

Electrical : Sealing, flanges, glue joints, connection insulation, connection sealing, junction box sealing, terminal plate sealing, cable gland sealing.

Others : Sealing of hydraulic and heating pipes, repair of water leaks, window ventilation porthole ladder seals, bonding of materials, marine seals.

Manual :

1. Apply to degreased, clean, dry surfaces free of friable parts.
2. Raise the trigger, unscrew the tip, lower the trigger and press to extrude the product.
3. Apply to a joint base to limit the depth of the putty and support the pressure exerted when smoothing the putty, then smooth the fresh putty using a spatula.
4. On porous surfaces, apply a primer.
5. On smooth surfaces, degrease the surfaces well.
