Extra strong , fiber -reinforced, slightly expanding PU- based adhesive for all constructions .
Moisture resistant D4.

Applications:

1. Particularly suitable for water-resistant bonding of the most commonly used building materials on porous substrates, dry and wet wood, timber constructions, MDF and other wood derivatives, concrete, polystyrene and PU foam, rock wool, glass wool and metals.

Properties :

• Reinforced with fibers
• Easy to apply, does not drip from the nozzle
• Ultra-fast hardening, handleable after 10 minutes
• High shear strength (up to 250 kg/cm²)
• Filling properties thanks to controlled foaming
• Resistant to dilute acids and bases, most solvents, and seawater.
• Do not attack the supports
• Easy to sand and paint
• Maximum opening time: 5 minutes
• Tightening time 15 minutes.

1. Can Structan Power be used outdoors?
   Yes, its D4 classification ensures excellent resistance to water and humidity, ideal for outdoor use.
2. Does the glue swell?
   Yes, slightly. This expansion helps to fill small gaps, but it is advisable to tighten the pieces well.
3. Is it compatible with metal?
   Yes, on clean and degreased metals, light sanding improves adhesion.
4. Can it be glued onto a wet surface?
   The surfaces may be slightly damp, but not dripping wet.
5. Is the glue sandable or paintable?
   Yes, after complete hardening (24 hours).
6. Is it suitable for plastics?
   It adheres to many rigid plastics. Preliminary testing is recommended, especially for PE/PP (which are generally not adhesive).
7. How to clean up excess glue?
   Before hardening, wipe with a cloth and suitable PU cleaner. After hardening, mechanically (scraping/sanding).
