Polyurethane (PU) based expanding foam with excellent thermal and acoustic properties that protects against heat, cold, humidity and noise.
Particularly suitable for insulating and sealing holes and cavities, both indoors and outdoors.

Applications:

• Perfect for quick and easy caulking of gaps, holes, cracks, joints and hollows in all kinds of building materials.
• Ideal for insulating roofs, panels and corrugated sheets, protecting window and door frame joints against wind and drafts, and sealing cavities (cable, pipe and conduit passages).
• Also suitable for model-making applications.

Instructions for use:

1. Shake the aerosol can vigorously for 20 seconds.
2. Screw the cannula onto the aerosol.
3. Dampen the dust-free and grease-free surface.
4. For unusual substrates, it is advisable to perform an adhesion test.
5. Fill the joint or cavity to 1/3, as the foam continues to expand during its hardening.
6. Shake regularly during use.
   If multiple coats are applied, moisten between coats.
7. Unhardened foam can be removed with cleaner or acetone.
8. Hardened foam can only be removed mechanically, with Soudal PU Remover.

   It adheres very well to concrete, brick, stone, wood, metal and PVC. Avoid silicone, oily or dusty surfaces.
4. Is it suitable for outdoor use?
   Yes, after hardening. Protect the foam from UV rays (paint, coating or cladding) for optimal durability.
5. Can it be cut or painted?
   Yes, it can be cut and painted/coated once it has fully hardened.
6. What is the curing time?
   The setting time is rapid, but complete hardening depends on the thickness, humidity, and ambient temperature.
7. Is it insulating?
   Yes, it offers excellent thermal and acoustic insulation, ideal for sealing joinery.
8. Precautions for use?
   Wear gloves and protect adjacent surfaces. Work in a well-ventilated area. Remove fresh foam with a suitable cleaner.
