Sikagard-905 W is a ready-to-use, water-based resin that serves as a hydrophobic impregnator and surface hardener .

Areas of application

Sikagard-905 W is used to prevent water vapor from entering surfaces with plaster or cement coating, bricks or stone.
Due to its low viscosity, it penetrates deeply into the substrate and forms an invisible barrier/vapor barrier.

Application

1. Sikagard-905 W is delivered ready to use.
2. Shake the packaging well before applying.
3. Apply Sikagard-905 W until saturated using a brush or roller, ensuring that the surface is thoroughly impregnated.
4. A second coat may be necessary on highly absorbent surfaces.
5. Allow the first coat to dry before applying the second.

0.2 to 0.3 liters/m² per coat depending on the surface porosity
