The ready-to-use , industrially manufactured, waterproof adhesive mortar is suitable for creating joints with a height between 3 and 6 mm .

The exclusive “Reduced Dust Emission” technology (unique in Europe) of the Adhesive Mortar allows for greater working comfort (e.g. less dust in the lungs during mixing) and excellent ease of implementation. The waterproof, ready-to-use, industrially manufactured Adhesive Mortar is suitable for creating joints with a height between 3 and 6 mm.

Features :

• Compressive strength after 28 days: > 17N/mm².
• Flexural strength after 28 days: > 5N/mm².
• Start of setting at 20°C: 6 - 7 hours
• End of setting at 20°C: 7 - 9 hours.

Areas of application:

SEIFERT Adhesive Mortar is ideal for creating joints for medium, normal and highly absorbent bricks (less suitable for IW1 class bricks in periods of very long drying times, e.g. very high humidity, colder weather conditions, etc.) and concrete elements.

Instructions for use:

1. Using our rotary mixer, the mortar remains very flexible and easy to use. The rotary mixer prevents air from being sucked in with the hand pump. This way of working is more comfortable, more efficient, and more economical.
2. The hardness and absorbency of the bricks largely determine the adhesion of the mortar. Using bricks that are too wet or too dry can lead to poor adhesion.
3. For bricks with perforations (prints, tubs, frogs, hollows), it is better to place the perforations at the top, you can immediately visually check if the perforations are well filled for perfect contact.
4. The shades reproduced on paper should be considered as indicative. They cannot be used as absolute reference elements.
5. Always put a sample for color approval, make sure you put the sample in the same climatic conditions as the grouting.
6. Remove the sample before starting work.
7. Check the number of the Adhesive Mortar and judge the Adhesive Mortar ordered before starting.
8. Please be aware that the humidity level of your support (the bricks) is very important for the drying process and the formation of the color.
9. It is not excluded to have different shades of color in the same section of facade (e.g. due to partial exposure to sun, rain or water from missing rain drainage pipes).
10. Cleaning the grouted facade with a high-pressure cleaner is not recommended.
