SikaForce-710 L100 is a two-component polyurethane adhesive with a long open time for bonding sandwich panels and similar constructions of different materials.

Application areas

SikaForce-710 L100 is mainly used for bonding metal, fiber cement, wood and GRP with expanded and extruded polystyrene foam, polyurethane foam and mineral wool for the production of sandwich elements and other constructions.
This product is intended for experienced professional users only.
In order to guarantee the adhesion and compatibility of the material, it is imperative to carry out tests with the original materials under the current conditions.

Application

1. In general, a surface weight of between 150 and 350 g/m2 is applied, depending on the substrates to be glued.
2. The appropriate basis weight for a given substrate combination must be determined by testing.
3. Component A should be shaken well to avoid sedimentation or separation.
4. Do not stir too much to avoid introducing air into the product.
5. Add component B in the proportion indicated and mix evenly.
6. Apply before reaching half pot life and assemble parts during open time.
7. If mixing larger quantities, note that the exothermic reaction can significantly reduce pot life and open time.
