Sika MonoTop-110 QuickFix is a fast-setting, ready-to-use single-component mortar , composed of a hydraulic binder and selected aggregates .
It is suitable as a sealing mortar characterized by high initial strength .

Application areas :

Sika MonoTop-110 QuickFix is specially designed for all applications where rapid mortar setting is required, such as:

• fixing hooks, pegs, shelves, pipes.
• the installation of armored doors and windows with reinforced glass.
• the anchoring of pillars, grids, posts, fences.

Application

1. Sika MonoTop-110 QuickFix can be mixed using an electric mixer rotating at low speed.
2. Limited quantities of Sika MonoTop-110 QuickFix can be mixed by hand.
3. Pour the recommended amount of water into a suitable mixing trough.
4. Add the powder to the water, mixing slowly, then mix well.
   If necessary, add additional water during mixing, respecting the maximum quantity indicated, in order to obtain the desired consistency.
5. Mix only the amount of product that can be applied within 2-3 minutes.
6. Thoroughly moisten the prepared support.
7. Before application, remove standing water, for example with a clean sponge.
   Substrate should have a dark, shimmer-free matte appearance, and pores and cavities will not contain water.
8. Apply Sika MonoTop-110 QuickFix using a trowel, float or spatula.
9. Quickly introduce the product into the cavity to be filled, taking care to press the product firmly against the support and the element to be fixed in order to obtain good adhesion.
10. Hold the object to be fixed in place until the mortar begins to harden and can support the weight of the object being fixed.

Consumption

The consumption depends on the roughness of the support and the thickness of the applied.
As a general rule: ~ 20 kg of powder/m2 per cm of thickness.

Yield

5 kg of powder gives approximately 3.36 liters of mortar.
