SikaMur InjectoCream-100 is a new concept for master the damp. SikaMur InjectoCream-100 is a water-repellent creamin, pockets of 600 ml and 300 ml cartridges. It is simply injected using a gun in a series of holes drilled in the joints of the masonry. no need for injection pump. Once injected, SikaMur InjectoCream-100 diffuses into the damp wall to form a barrier, pushing water (Damp-Proof Course, DPC) and thus preventing the appearance of damp.
Areas of application
SikaMur InjectoCream-100 can be used for the the damp treatment in virtually all types of walls masonry:
brick and natural stone walls
Features / benefits
Easy to use (low risk of mishandling, less dependent on the ability of the user).
1 component, ready to use.
Rapid implementation (no "double drilling", no need to wait for the liquid to get under pressure or gravity).
It is not necessary to quench beforehand around boreholes (unlike injection systems).
Injection speed (no waiting time to inject the material in comparison to injection pressure systems and no need to re - fill as for injection by gravity systems).
Consumption of constant product (ease of calculation of the quantity of product needed).
Requires no expensive special pump.
Loss and contamination virtually eliminated (not liquid flowing through the walls, cavities and pipes).
Formula concentrated with ~ 80% of active ingredients (very low introduction of non reactive materials in the wall to process - much more effective results compared to less concentrated products).
Low-risk, aqueous phase - caustic, flammable - not injected under pressure.
Very little loss.
No risk of efflorescence increased (compared to the siliconates treatments).
Apply Sikagard-905 W up to saturation to the the roller brush, ensuring good soak up the support. A second coat may be necessary on very absorbent surfaces. Let the first layer dry before application of the second.
Preparation of the surface
If necessary, remove plates ornament and/or coatings/plasters in order to identify and release the masonry and the joint to treat. Measure the thickness of each wall to deal with. Adjust the drilling bit and apply a brand in order to define the depth of drilling.
Method of application
Number of pockets/cartridges required:
Note: Different on-site conditions can lead to variations. Always count 10% and more when estimating the amount of product required.
