SikaMur InjectoCream-100 is a new concept for control rising damp. SikaMur InjectoCream-100 is a water-repellent creampresented in pockets of 600 ml and 300 ml cartridges. It is simply injected using a gun in a series of holes drilled in the joints of the masonry- no need for injection pump. Once injected, SikaMur InjectoCream-100 diffuses in the damp wall to form a barrier repelling water (Damp-Proof Course, CPD) and thus preventing damp.
SikaMur InjectoCream-100 can be used for the treatment of rising damp in virtually all types of walls masonry:
brick and natural stone walls
Features / benefits
Easy to use (low risk of error handling, less dependent on the ability of the user).
1 component, ready to use.
Rapid implementation ("double drilling" no, no need to wait for the liquid penetrates under pressure or gravity).
It is not necessary to quench in advance around boreholes (unlike injection systems).
Injection speed (no waiting time to inject the material in comparison to injection pressure systems and no need to re - fill as for injection by gravity systems).
Consumption of constant product (ease of calculation of the quantity of product required).
Requires no expensive special pump.
Loss and soiling virtually eliminated (no liquid flowing through the walls, cavities and ducts).
Formula concentrated with ~ 80% of active ingredients (very low introduction of non-reactive materials in the wall at process - much more effective results compared with less concentrated products).
Low-risk, aqueous phase - non-caustic, non-flammable - not injected under pressure.
Very little loss.
No risk of increased efflorescence (compared to the siliconates treatments).
Apply Sikagard-905 W up to saturation to the roller brush making sure wet support. A second coat may be necessary on highly absorbent surfaces. Allow the first coat to dry before application of the second.
If necessary, remove plates ornament or plaster/plaster to identify and free masonry and the joint deal. Measure the thickness of each wall to treat. Set the drill bit and apply a mark to set the drilling depth.
Method of application
Number of pockets/cartridges required:
Note: Different conditions on construction can cause variations. Always count 10% more during the estimation of the quantity of product required.
