Instructions for use:

MANUAL DISHWASHING, recommended dosage of 0.15 to 0.35% depending on the degree of soiling:

1. Fill the sink.
2. Clean the utensils and other small equipment.
3. Rinse with clean water and dry.
4. Machine wash if necessary for disinfection.

MANUAL APPLICATION (hoods, hood filters, surfaces, ...), recommended dosage of 0.5 to 1% depending on the degree of soiling.

1. Fill a bucket or a sprayer.
2. Apply the solution to the surface to be cleaned.
3. Leave on for 5 to 15 minutes.
4. Rinse with clean water and dry.
5. Then disinfect the surface according to the application.
