Repair & Seal - Waterproof rubber coating - Aquaplan

Elastic rubber- based coating for repairing cracks and blowholes in bituminous foundations and for carrying out all kinds of restorations of the most common building materials.

The rubber sealing coating is suitable for many applications and can also be used to seal connections , waterproof the roof and protect wood.

Application :

To be applied on bituminous foundations and on the most common construction materials such as concrete, stone, wood, steel, aluminium, cement plaster and polyester

Useful information:

• Store in a cool (maximum 25°C) and frost-free place.
• Do not apply when ambient or foundation temperatures are below +5°C.
• REPAIR & SEAL Rubber Waterproof Coating is an eco-friendly water-based coating
• Be sure to mix well before use
• Water resistant (rain) after 12 hours.
  Full cure after 48 hours (depending on environmental conditions).

Manual :

1. Make sure the foundation is dry, dust free and degreased (scrubbing if necessary).
2. Mix thoroughly by hand before use to obtain a homogeneous color.
3. Apply the coating with a brush.
4. Minimum coat thickness: apply at least 2 coats for a minimum total thickness of 2 mm (2 L/m2/coat (2mm)).
5. Dry after 3 hours, water resistant (rain) after 12 hours.
   Complete hardening after 48 hours.
6. Use the reinforcement strip in combination with the rubber sealing liner to cover cracks, gaps and joints and to form a layer thickness with ease.
   Place the reinforcement strip directly after applying the first coat, pull tight and coat immediately with a second coat.
