Properties :
- BETOLUB W is a release agent that mixes with water, and can be used in application to (mainly) absorbent formwork such as wood, in the ceramic industry (e.g. plaster), but also as a maintenance tool for shelves.
- In the construction of asphalt roads, it prevents the products to be mixed from sticking together.
- Forms a stable emulsion, even in hard water.
- Used as an aqueous emulsion mainly for absorbent formwork (wood) for pouring concrete mortar.
- For maintaining boards and also in the ceramic industry (e.g., plaster).
- BETOLUB W is based on Triglyceride and is readily biodegradable.
Applications:
Formwork oil can be dangerous for workers handling concrete.
Respiratory and skin protection may be required. After use, the formwork timber ends up in construction waste.
The formwork oil ends up directly in nature.
That's why biodegradable formwork oil deserves preference.
This one does not cause environmental pollution and is better for health.
In winter, vegetable formwork oil seems not to resist washing away by rainwater and, moreover, it is difficult to apply because of the cold.
In addition, the concrete surface will be stained.
Instructions for use:
- Betolub W must be added to a dose of water by stirring and emulsifying – NEVER THE OTHER WAY AROUND!
- Then add the rest of the water while stirring.
Polluted water reduces the stability of the emulsion. - For concrete demolding, a mixture of 1:5 to 1:10 is required, and for the asphalt industry, a mixture of 1:10 to 1:20 is recommended.
In both cases, it is possible to use lower concentrations.
Packaging:
20 L.
