Sika MonoTop-723 N is a grinding/finishing mortar modified by polymers, ready to ruin, meets the requirements of the class R3 according to EN 1504 - 3.

Areas of application

• Should be to the restoration work (principle 3, 3.1 and 3.3 of EN 1504-9 methods).
• Suitable for maintaining or restoring of passivation (principle 7, 7.1 and 7.2 of EN 1504-9 methods).
• Strives to fill the pores in the concrete or mortar to equalization.
• Repair minor defects (pores and gravel nests).
• Apply a thin layer.
