SikaGrout-316 - Precision expansive fluid mortar - Sika

Expansive fluid mortar of precision, for thick layers, cement based, meets the requirements of the class R4 of EN 1504-3 and EN 1504-6 standards.

Areas of application

Mortar fluid to use on concrete, stone, mortar, steel, etc.:

• To sink under the supports, the foundations of machines, the Poles in prefabrication;
• To seal the anchors in concrete according to EN 1504-6;
• To fill hollow and intermediate spaces, as well as openings in the concrete;
• To sink under the lines of cranes and rails;
• To coat the frames in the openings;
• To fill the old hollow spaces in the concrete, plaster, masonry, rock, natural stone, etc.;
• Suitable for reclamation of the concrete (principle 3, process 3.2 according to EN 1504-9);
• For the reprofiling and reclamation of the surfaces of parts of concrete broken and defective (buildings and bridges);
• Suitable for restoring structural bearing concrete works (principle 4, 4.2 and 4.4 according to EN 1504-9 processes);
• Sealing bar liaison and reinforcement in preformed grooves or appointed openings in the concrete;
• Increase in lift of the supplementing with concrete structure of the mortar;
• Suitable for maintaining or restoring of passivity (principle 7, 7.1 and 7.2 according to EN 1504-9 processes);
• Increase in the coverage of concrete or replacement by the mortar of some concretes carbonated or contaminated.
