ProtectGuard EM is a water and oil repellent treatment for all mineral and porous building materials.
It protects against water , oil and all kinds of stains.

This makes the concrete much easier to maintain and prevents major causes of aging such as grease stains, penetration , etc.
ProtectGuard EM comes in two versions and gives treated surfaces a matte or gloss "wet look" finish that deepens the original color.

Implementation

Preparation of the support

1. Apply the product to a clean, dust-free, degreased and dry surface.

Application

1. Use pure, do not dilute.
2. Shake the product well before use.
3. Always do a test first.
4. ProtectGuard EM is applied in 2 or 3 coats depending on the finish depending on the desired level of shine.
5. Apply the 1st coat to the surface.
6. Allow the product to penetrate and dry (15 to 30 minutes depending on the porosity of the material and the temperature) then apply the 2nd coat.
7. Do not over-apply, remove excess product before drying.
8. Drying time: 24 hours.
9. Optimal effectiveness obtained after 5 to 7 days.

Consumption

6 to 10 m²/L for two layers
