Matt coating - Akemi

This water-repellent coating prevents the incrustation of dirt , seals porous surfaces and revives the color and texture of the stone.
Thus sealed, the surfaces are easier to maintain.
Best used indoors.

Features :

  • AKEMI Enduit mat is a vitrification containing solvents and high quality acrylic resins.
  • The product is weather resistant, does not yellow.
  • The treated surfaces obtain a reinforcement of the color and the maintenance will be facilitated.
  • Yield: approx. 10 - 20 m²/litre.

Use :

  1. Cleaning: the surface must be clean, completely dry and without any residue.
    After cleaning, rinse thoroughly with clear water.
    Before the treatment of the stone, it must be perfectly dry, which requires at least a wait of 1 to 2 days.
  2. Apply neat with a brush, roller or sprayer.
    Avoid direct sunlight or humid environment while drying.
  3. Leave to dry for 10 to 60 minutes depending on the temperature.
  4. Apply twice if the surface is highly absorbent.
  5. Clean tools with AKEMI Nitro-Thinner.
  6. For routine cleaning, AKEMI Stone Soap is suitable.
