Anti-Stain W - Akemi

Impregnating product to prevent the penetration of water , grease or oil.
Protects floors , tables and worktops in natural stone and artificial stone (marble, Solnhofen stone, sandstone, earthenware), indoors and outdoors.

Stains are avoided or are easier to remove; the stone breathes.
Low in solvents and low in odour, this product is ideal for use in occupied rooms.
Product perfectly adapted to be applied on damp substrates.

• Yield: approx. 5 to 15 m²/litre depending on the absorbency and the nature of the surface.

Use :

1. Cleaning Surfaces must be clean and free of layers of wax or other products.
   Outside, check that the stones do not contain harmful salts (nitrate, sulphate, chloride) as these prevent proper absorption of the product.
   Depending on the stone and the dirt encountered, the products recommended must be used according to the care instructions and technical data sheets: AKEMI Nettoyant, AKEMI Cement Veil, AKEMI Anti-Rust, AKEMI Acid Cleaner, AKEMI Intensive Cleaner, AKEMI Anti Mousse and Algue POWER or LONGLIFE, AKEMI Good-Bye Stain, AKEMI Solvent, AKEMI Oil and Grease Stain Remover and AKEMI Anti-Graffiti.
   After cleaning, rinse thoroughly each time.
   Before treatment, the stone must be completely dry.
   Usually after 1-2 days.
2. Shake before use.
3. Make a test before the final treatment, to check the consumption, the effectiveness of the product and the aspect after the application
4. Treatment temperature: 10°C to 25°C.
   Avoid moisture until effectiveness against water and grease has developed.
   The surface must not be heated either by underfloor heating or by sunlight.
5. Depending on the absorption of the stone, apply regularly to the surface one or more times without diluting with a brush, wetting broom, low pressure sprayer (max. 1 bar) or a cloth.
6. Always treat the entire surface.
7. About 20 minutes after the last application, at the start of drying, remove the excess with a cloth.
   On polished surfaces, you can also re-polish with a Pad or a sheepskin.
8. After 24 hours, the product has developed its full effectiveness.
9. For routine cleaning, we recommend AKEMI Savon Pierre or AKEMI Crystal Clean.
