• WBPR-21P Deep Primer is a solvent-free primer that strengthens the surface.
• WBPR-21P Deep Primer hardens exclusively by evaporation of the water present.
• Given the great fineness of the particles of which the primer is composed and its very low viscosity, its impregnating power is very clearly superior to that of other primers.
• WBPR-21P Deep Primer fully penetrates the support and thus considerably strengthens the cohesion of the treated surface.
• This also binds any residues present.

Applications:

• WBPR-21P is a solvent-free primer for the treatment of (highly) absorbent mineral substrates insensitive to humidity, powdery or sandy, such as cement screeds, concrete slabs or calcium sulphate-based screeds (anhydrite) and equalized.
• The WBPR-21P primer is also used as part of the preliminary treatment of powdery or sandy mineral substrates (very) absorbent and insensitive to humidity, when using Soudal VE 50.

Manual :

• Start by allowing the WBPR-21P primer to come to room temperature before use.
• Shake well before use.
• Apply the pure primer, evenly, on the support, from a (paint) bucket using a chamois roller, or a foam roller, or a brush.
• Do not pour the primer on the support in order to avoid the formation of puddles.
• On very porous and very absorbent substrates, it is recommended to apply a second coat of primer.
• Only apply this second coat when the first is completely dry.
• Allow WBPR-21P to dry thoroughly before applying other treatments to the screed.
• A poorly dried primer has negative consequences on the final result.
• This can result in cratering or poor adhesion.
• Clean WBPR-21P primer from materials and tools with water before curing
