Areas of application

Sika Boom Cleaner is suitable for cleaning Sika polyurethane foam application equipment after use.
Sika Boom Cleaner removes fresh and uncured polyurethane foam residues from application equipment and other surfaces, and also cleans and removes grease from contaminated substrates.

Application

1. Sika Boom Cleaner with its supplied extrusion nozzle can be used to clean aerosol valves and polyurethane foam application gun parts, or to remove residues from supports.
2. Spray Sika Boom Cleaner directly onto the fresh foam and let it react for 5 to 10 seconds, then wipe off the residue with a clean cloth.
3. Sika Boom Cleaner without its extrusion nozzle can be used to rinse polyurethane foam application guns.
4. First, mechanically remove the polymerized polyurethane foam residue.
5. Then screw the Sika Boom Cleaner aerosol onto the gun adapter and press the trigger several times to expel the polyurethane foam residue.
6. After this cleaning, the application gun can be stored equipped with the Sika Boom Cleaner aerosol.
7. Before removing the Sika Boom Cleaner aerosol application gun, the cleaning method mentioned above must be repeated several times.
