Application areas

Sikafloor Level-30 is a self-flowing floor leveling mortar for leveling or smoothing screeds and concrete floors in a single operation with a thickness of 4 to 30 mm.
Sikafloor Level-30 can be used as a leveling mortar in an industrial environment when coated with a finishing coat based on polyurethane or epoxy resin intended for medium to heavy loads (heavy traffic, forklifts with pallets).

Sikafloor Level-30 is suitable for smoothing, leveling and leveling the floor under parquet floors, ceramic tiles, jointless synthetic resin floors, carpets and resilient floor finishes.
Sikafloor Level-30 can be used as a leveling coat for exterior applications, if this layer is covered with a waterproof final coat.

• Suitable for concrete repair work (principle 3, method 3.1 according to standard EN 1504-9).
• Suitable for structural reinforcement (principle 4, method 4.4 according to EN 1504-9).
• Suitable for maintaining or restoring passivity around reinforcement (principle 7, methods 7.1 and 7.2 according to EN 1504-9).

Application

1. Pour the mixed mortar on the support treated with the primer and spread the product with a trowel or comb until the desired thickness is obtained.
2. Roll carefully with the debubbling roller in a crossed way to avoid the inclusion of air.
   It is recommended to work with falling temperatures.
