SikaBond Dispenser - Pneumatic or electric spreader - Sika

The SikaBond Dispenser is pneumatic or electric equipment and is used with SikaBond-52 Parquet glue supplied in specially sized pockets .
The glue pockets are extruded by the pistons and the glue is evenly distributed over the surface by the Dispenser head.

Note that high forces are generated by the Dispenser.
With the SikaBond Dispenser-5400, many types of parquet such as solid and prefabricated parquet (slats, boards, panels), mosaic parquet, industrial parquet, slats on field, as well as chipboard & OSB, can be glued.

Application

1. The Dispenser head distributes the glue over the entire width.
2. The cylinder(s) each contain a pocket of glue.
3. The funnels ensure that the glue flows evenly from the pocket into the Dispenser head.
4. The trigger and the connection for the air hose are incorporated in the handle.
