Elixfond 2 in 1 - Fixative hardener for facades, floors, roofs - Owatrol

Fixes, consolidates and deeply restructures unbound, inconsistent bottoms and friable materials .
Hardens floors and blocks dust before painting .

Properties :

Apply before painting on the following substrates:

Raw, old, uncertain facades and materials

• Penetrates, hardens and consolidates any porous, chalky, powdery, crumbly masonry mineral support.
• Must always be covered with a finish: either a mono or bi-component aqueous phase (PU and epoxy) or a solvent-based mono-component based on White-Spirit (excluding bi-component solvent-based PU and epoxy).
• Does not block moisture exchange.
• Allows you to cover an old pliolite with an acrylic finish.

Floors as dust suppressant and hardener

• Blocks dust in depth.
• Can be covered with all types of floor paints, including two-component water-based epoxy

raw roofing materials

• Can be applied by soaking on worm-eaten wood.
• Microporous, lets materials breathe without blocking moisture.

Application :

1. Thoroughly impregnate the support in a single generous coat.
   The yield can vary according to several parameters: the state and the porosity of the support, the temperature and the relative hygrometry.
   Between 8 and 10 m2 /L
2. If a second coat is needed, apply wet on wet (do not let the first coat dry).
3. Quickly cover with a finishing paint.
4. Do not exceed one week.

• Usual new or old absorbent building materials, masonry, soft coatings, floury substrates, powdery, micro-cracked, tiled or uncertain bases.
• Concrete floors, cement, slabs, all classic porous materials. Also used to consolidate old wood and vertical raw materials.
• Fiber cement sheets, slate, concrete tiles (Redland type).
