A dual action product: It quickly releases blocked components and ensures lasting lubrication thanks to the addition of PTFE. Ideal for use in the food industry , thanks to NSF H1 approval.

Properties :

Applications:

Ideal for use in the food industry, for the maintenance of instruments, machines and tools and for assembly and disassembly tasks. Lubricates and frees stuck components such as locks, hinges, rollers, chains, nuts and bolts, even if they are rusty. Also for use on moving system components or other mechanical components used in food production and packaging.

Manual :

1. Clean the surface to be treated.
2. Shake vigorously before use.
3. Apply Zep 45 Food from a distance of approximately 20 cm.
4. Apply an appropriate amount of product.
5. To free blocked components, let the product act for a few minutes on the corrosion or rust.
6. Unblock the components using appropriate tools.
7. Repeat the operation if necessary.
8. Use the extension to reach hard-to-reach places.
