Cleaning, degreasing and pickling agent, emulsified with water

Descriptionn:

• TECHNICLEAN XL is a cleaning solution, degreasing and pickling emulsified water;
• TECHNICLEAN XL is liquid, ready to use and formulated on the basis of aromatic solvents, emulsified.

Applications - Treated material properties:

• TECHNICLEAN XL is intended for cleaning and to the degreasing of soils, metal parts, bodies, tools, brushes and other parts and materials that have oily deposits, spot of bitumen and grease;
• On entering the dirt, TECHNICLEAN XL dissolves it and then lets remove the water jet;
• TECHNICLEAN XL is for stripping of supports covered with paint, varnish, deposits of gums;
• TECHNICLEAN XL is also intended to facilitate the elimination of the duties and excess of repellents on little porous media, type Blue stones.

Properties:

• Easy rinsing of the XL TECHNICLEAN by his perfect miscibility with water;
• TECHNICLEAN XL permeates and dissolves deposits and soiled areas, it allows their elimination by simple rinsing with water.
• The surfaces are, after cleaning, dry and free of an oily film.

Implementation and precautions:

• Apply the TECHNICLEANXL by brush or spray on stained and soiled areas;
• Leave on for 5 to 10 minutes;
• Rinse with water (preferably hot (T > 80 ° C) using perhaps a brush (mechanical action) or using a water jet.
• Repeat treatment if necessary on a dry surface;
• Consumption: between 250 and 500 ml/m².

Notes and precautions:

• Preliminary test always advised;
• Mandatory protection of all plastic parts (pvc,...).

Technical features:

• Flash point: > 60 ° c;
• Color: almost clear;
• Avoid contact with skin and eyes (R65 - R66);
• Avoid repeated inhalation of large quantities (ventilation); If necessary protect the respiratory organs (S37 - S62);
• The solvent can attack certain subjects (preliminary test).
