Fix ALL Turbo is a putty-glue, stm-based polymer sMX, neutral and elastic, with a fast force establishment. Fix ALL Turbo is a KOMO-certified fastening glue based on BRL3107

Characteristics:

• Quickly manipulated and very fast force establishment with a thin layer of glue and on porous substrates.

• Excellent resistance to UV rays and all weather conditions

Applications:

• Collage in the construction and metal industries.
• Collage and assembly of objects, panels, planks, planks ... on a variety of materials.
• Flexible collage in many constructions and construction applications.

Chemical resistance:

Good water resistance (salt), aliphatic solvents, hydrocarbons, ketones, esters, alcohols, diluted inorganic acids and alkali. Poor resistance to aromatic solvents, concentrated acids, chlorinated hydrocarbons

Media:

Types: all the usual construction surfaces, treated wood, aluminum, natural stone, plastics, ... Condition: undeformable, clean, dry or slightly wet, dusted and greased.

Pretreatment: Apply Primary 150 on porous media. Prepare non-porous surfaces with a Soudal activator or cleanser (see technical sheet).

Fix ALL Turbo has been tested on several metal supports: stainless steel, AlMgSi1, electrolytic galvanized steel, ALCuMg1, zinged steel, AlMg3 and ST1403 steel. Fix ALL Turbo also has excellent grip on the following plastic supports: polystyrene, polycarbonate (Makrolon ®), PVC, ABS, polyamide, PMMA, reinforced epoxy fiberglass, polyester. When producing synthetic materials, removal or separation agents are very often used. It is necessary to remove all these materials before gluing or laying the joint. To ensure optimal grip on these supports, it is recommended to treat the surface with the Surface Activator. NOTE: with the bonding of curved plastic supports (under duress) such as polycarbonate (Makrolon or Lexan) and PMMA (Plexi glass) there is the risk of crazing (formation of crevices). It is not recommended to use the Fix ALL Turbo in this type of application.

Not suitable for PE, PP, PTFE (Teflon®) and oil surfaces. It is advisable to do a preliminary adhesion and compatibility test on any medium.
