Equalize-EN Plus C30 is a dry powder, to which simply add water to obtain a quick leveling mortar , which can be used indoors.

Features :

• Made of cement, selected quartz sands and high quality additives.

• Allows you to compensate for unevenness from 2 mm to 30 mm in 1 coat.

By simply adding water, we obtain a self-leveling mortar with the following main properties:

Support requirements

1. The application will always be carried out on a raw, clean, healthy surface, free of dust, traces of oil and loose particles.
   Suitable substrates are screed, raw concrete, precast concrete elements, mortar layers, floors with underfloor heating (not in operation), old tiles, etc.
2. Smooth surfaces (e.g. polished concrete) must first be sanded.
3. Do not use on wet floors or with rising humidity, on unstable surfaces or outdoors.
4. When applying to floors with underfloor heating, the residual moisture content must be ≤ 1.8% MC (Carbide method).

Base layers

1. Coat absorbent substrates such as cement screeds, quick cement screeds and raw concrete with PRIMER PO or with a solution comprising 1 part COMPAKTUNA (PRO) and 3 parts water.
2. Pre-coat non-absorbent, smooth and waterproof surfaces, such as ceramic coverings or smooth concrete, with undiluted PRIMER BL .

Application

1. EQUALIZE MORE C30 is prepared with ±22% water, i.e. ±5.5 L of water per 25 kg bag depending on the desired consistency.
   Per 25 kg bag, pour the necessary quantity of water into a tank and slowly and evenly add the dry coating.
2. Mix everything intensively with a slow mixer for 2 minutes until you obtain a homogeneous mass without lumps.
3. The leveling mortar is left to stand for 5 minutes and then mixed thoroughly again.
4. Now pour the EQUALIZER-EN PLUS C30 in strips onto the ground.
   It may be necessary to assist slightly using a rubber spatula, leveling spatula or dot roller.

±1.7 kg/mm/m² powder

±5.5 L of water per 25 kg bag (±22%)
