Soudaseal 235SF - Hybrid polymer mastic adhesive - Soudal

Soudaseal 235 SF is a mastic-adhesive, based on MS polymer, neutral and elastic, for all bonding or repointing.

Features :

• Good adhesion to most substrates, even slightly damp
• Very good mechanical properties High elasticity - maximum allowable deformation of ±20%
• Easy to apply and extrude, even at low temperatures.
• No bubble formation, even in hot and humid weather.
• Excellent resistance to UV rays and all weather conditions
• Free of isocyanates, solvents, acids and halogens
• Can be painted with water-based systems.

Applications:

• Connection joints and flexible bonding between metals.
• Structural connections requiring high final strength and high flexibility.
• Structural bonding in vibrant constructions.
• Flexible seals in automotive applications: buses, trains, trucks, caravans, trailers...

Manual :

1. Apply with a manual or pneumatic gun.
2. Clean with White Spirit or Soudal Surface Cleaner immediately after use (before hardening).
3. Finishing: With a soapy solution or a Soudal smoothing product, before lamination.
4. Repair: With the same product.
