Crystallizer Base AK1 - Akemi

For the treatment of new and old floors in limestone or reconstituted stone.

The wear resistance of the surface increases due to a chemical reaction; the result is a brilliant shine combined with a revitalization of the color as well as a non-slip action.
Dull spots and streaks can be removed after repeated applications.

Use :

1. Shake before use.
2. For old and heavily scratched surfaces, preliminary sanding up to 400 grit is recommended; holes or damage must be filled with AKEMI glues.
3. The surface must be clean, dry and free of layers.
4. The optimum temperature for use is between 15 and 25°C; switch off the underfloor heating well in advance, avoid direct exposure to the sun.
5. Only treat a small area of 2 to 3 m² per section.
6. Regularly spray approximately 10 to 20 ml/m² of the product and immediately polish using a heavy monobrush (min. weight 50 kg; approx. 150 rpm) and a fine stainless steel wool pad and a plastic (e.g. bronze crystallization pad) in criss-cross motions beyond drying.
   If necessary, repeat the operation once or twice until a satin shine is achieved.
7. Sweep or vacuum the floor after treatment.
8. The surface is usable immediately after treatment.
9. The subsequent treatment with AKEMI Cristallisant Finish AK 2 further increases the shine.
10. For routine cleaning and maintenance AKEMI Savon Pierre is recommended.
