PolTech Decappol - Degreaser for burnt residues - Pollet

Ready-to-use product for degreasing many surfaces: ovens, grills, pianos, fryers, extractor hoods , kitchen floors, extraction and ventilation filters, storage surfaces, small equipment, etc.

Properties :

Applications:

Ready-to-use product for degreasing many surfaces: ovens, grills, pianos, fryers, extractor hoods, kitchen floors, extraction and ventilation filters, storage surfaces, small equipment, etc. Product approved for food contact.

Manual :

Stripping: (charred fats).

1. Spray the pure product on the surfaces to be treated previously heated to 40-50°C.
2. Leave to act for 5 minutes.
3. Scrub using a scrubbing brush.
4. Rinse with clean water and scrape.
5. Let dry.

Degreasing of surfaces:

1. Use using a foam cannon with a dosage of 5 to 10% (5L can).
2. Spray the product on the different surfaces to be treated.
3. Leave to act for 5 minutes.
4. Scrub as needed using a scrubbing brush.
5. Scrape off the foam.
6. Rinse with clean water.
7. Let dry.

Soaking of equipment:

1. Prepare a 10% solution of Decappol in hot water.
2. Leave to soak.
3. Scrub and rinse.

Soil soaking:

1. Prepare a 10% Decappol solution with hot water.
2. Leave to soak.
3. Scrub and rinse.

Conditioning :

750 ml / 5 Liters.
