Elixclean - Degreasing and degreasing cleaner - Owatrol Pro

Removes dirt , grease , surface and encrusted oils .
Cleans and degreases before painting .

Properties :

• Alkaline detergent that easily cleans and removes various types of dirt, oils, grease, vegetable stains, grime...
• Indispensable in the preparation of substrates before applying epoxy floor paints.
• No ammonia smell.
• Leaves no greasy deposit after rinsing.
• Solvent and acid free.
• Concentrated formula to be diluted with water but can also be used pure in the most severe cases.
  Can be used directly in a scrubber.

Application :

1. Apply the solution and leave to act for 10 minutes.
2. Lightly rub (wash) the support according to its nature using a sponge, synthetic brush or broom...
3. Work from top to bottom on vertical surfaces.
4. Rinse very carefully with fresh water.
5. Use a high-pressure cleaner outdoors where washing is not possible (40 bar maximum).
6. On very oily areas, possibility of renewing the application.

• Exterior and interior.
• Many mediums:
  • Polyester, PVC, cement, wood, old paints, lacquers, stainless steel, galva, enamelled surfaces, stratified.
• Various uses:
  • Washing of walls, ceilings, doors, skirting boards, and radiators before new painting.
  • Cleaning/cleaning: plastic-coated floors, tiles, marble, tomettes, industrial floors or garages, showers, toilets, roofs, facades, exterior paving, decoration and garden games, joints, boat hulls, old paintwork, traces of greenery, wallpaper washable, painted metal shutters, ...
  • Degreasing of industrial machines, boat holds, engines, industrial floors...
• Do not apply on aluminum and tannic woods (Oak, Chestnut, Red Cedar). In this case, use SOAPCLEAN or SURCLEAN. Ditto for more fragile supports (reconstituted stones which may have chalk in their composition).
