Sikaflex-113 Rapid Cure is a single-component assembly and construction adhesive, solvent-free, with rapid strength gain, allowing rapid return to service.

Application areas

Sikaflex-113 Rapid Cure is intended for indoor and outdoor bonding of various objects for construction and assembly purposes requiring rapid return to service.
Sikaflex-113 Rapid Cure is intended for bonding metals, glass, coatings, concrete, masonry, most natural stones, ceramics and wood.

Application

1. After adequate preparation of the support, apply Sikaflex-113 Rapid Cure in round cords 5 mm in diameter, respecting a distance of a few centimeters between the cords.
2. Use only manual pressure to position the object to be bonded, before the skin forms.
3. An incorrectly positioned object can quickly be detached and repositioned within the first few minutes after application.
4. If necessary, use tape or wedges to hold the assembled objects together during the first hours of curing.
5. Immediately remove fresh, uncured glue residue.
6. Optimal adhesion will be obtained after complete curing of Sikaflex-113 Rapid Cure, ie after 24 to 48 hours at +23°C, depending on the ambient conditions and the thickness of the adhesive.
