Treats moisture problems, consolidates and dries walls.
Mineralizing Guard RC is a product for treating moisture from walls, hair lifts, efflorescences and saltpeter. It allows the drying and consolidation of very wet brittle supports deteriorated by water infiltration and moisture. It thus corrects the problems of ascent by capillarity.

Mineralizing Guard RC is used as an injection into the thickness of the walls feet. At a very high density, Mineralizing Guard RC uses water as a vehicle and uses it to harden and mineralize to create a watertight barrier that will prevent any upwelling.

Use:

Application:

• The treatment is done by injection at the base of the wall to be treated 10 cm from the ground.
• Drill holes in a quinconce with a drill - 15 to 30 mm every 30 cm maximum and between 30 and 40 degrees down and up to 2/3 of the thickness of the wall.
• In case of a very thick wall (60 cm), the treatment must be done on both sides.
• Inject the product into each hole until reflux and butcher with cement with 3 to 5% Mineralizing Guard RC.
• Make sure no holes communicate with a cavity by running water. In case of cavity, plug it by a mixture of cement and produce and repercid after 24 hours.
• Optimal efficiency after several weeks of drying depending on the composition of the wall.

Application tools:

Apply by gravity or with an injection machine.

Consumption:

2 to 3 litres per linear meter for a 20 cm thick wall.
