Mineralizing Guard HO deeply hardens and consolidates dry friable surfaces and protects against water and stains.
The product deeply consolidates loose mineral materials.

It remedies the main causes of material deterioration and recreates the destroyed mineral crystal network in order to restore the treated support to its original mechanical properties.
Mineralizing Guard HO has water- and oil-repellent properties that provide lasting protection to porous and low-porous materials against the penetration of water , oil and stains of all kinds.

Implementation

Preparation of the support

1. Apply the product to a clean surface that must be dry on the surface and inside.
2. Depending on the friability of the support, carry out chemical or mechanical cleaning (using a brush). For new concrete constructions, wait for the support to stabilize (28 days) before treatment.

Application

1. Use the product pure, do not dilute.
2. Carry out a preliminary test.
3. Apply until the support is saturated in 2 passes with a minimum interval of 10 minutes.
4. Protected drying: 24 hours.
5. Optimal effectiveness obtained after 7 days of drying.
6. The treated support cannot be covered with another coating.

Application tools

Apply using a low-pressure viton joint sprayer, roller or brush.

Consumption

Friable and very porous surfaces:
0.5 to 2 m²/L in 2 layers.

Porous surfaces:
3 to 5 m²/L in 2 layers.

Low porous surfaces:
6 to 10 m²/L in 2 layers.
