WoodGuard Bois Composite is a next-generation product for the protection of composite woods.

WoodGuard Wood Composite penetrates the composite wood to make it completely insensitive to grease and stains.

WoodGuard Bois Composite delays the aging of composite wood, facilitates its maintenance and allows it to keep its new and clean appearance much longer. Completely colourless after application, it does not distort the structure or natural appearance of composite wood.

Preparing support:

• Apply the product to clean, dusted, healthy and dry composite wood.
• Always prepare composite wood according to the existing DTUs.
• Note that some composite wood manufacturers leave a waterproof layer on the surface of the material that is eliminated over time. In the case of a "waterproof" composite, wait for the surface layer to wear before applying WoodGuard Bois Composite.

Application:

• Use the product in its purest form: do not dilute. Shake the packaging well before use.
• Do not apply in rainy or very hot weather. Ideal air and support temperature 5 to 30 degrees Celsius.
• Conduct a pre-test condition on a small, unseen surface. Apply the product and check the number of layers needed for effective treatment. Check the efficiency by wetting the support.
• The support must be impregnated in a minimum of 2 layers at saturation depending on the nature of the composite wood.
• Apply if possible on all visible faces.
• Drying time between each layer: 15 minutes to 1 hour depending on the temperature.
• Protect from rain for 24 hours and greasy dirt for at least 48 hours before released.
• Optimal efficiency obtained after 5 to 7 days.

Application tools:

• Apply to spalter or roll.

Consumption:

• 100 to 125 g/m2 for two layers.
• 110 to 145 g/m2 for four layers.
