Gliss'Guard - Anti-slip treatment - Guard Industrie

Gliss'Guard makes slippery surfaces non-slip through a simple application.

The product uses the silica contained in the materials and carries out a chemical reaction which will schematically graft new molecules onto those existing in the support to create an effective and lasting anti-slip effect.
Gliss'Guard is a very effective alternative to other products on the market based on hydrofluoric acid which alter materials by destroying silica and which are dangerous for the applicator.

Use

Implementation

Preparation of the support

1. Apply the product to a clean, dust-free, degreased and dry surface.

Application

1. Use the product in its pure state: do not dilute.
2. Shake the packaging well before use and carry out a preliminary test on a small area.
3. Pour or spray the product onto the support.
   Ensure that the product is evenly present over the entire surface throughout the treatment.
4. Do not let the product dry during its entire application.
   Add more if necessary.
5. Leave to act for 40 to 60 minutes.
6. After the exposure time, rinse carefully with water.
7. The processed media can be used immediately.
8. Depending on the floor and the degree of resistance to friction desired, repeat the operation.

Application tools

Apply with a low pressure sprayer or manual spray.

Consumption

8 to 10 m²/L.

0.75 L and 5 L.
