Guard HO Mineralizing hardens and consolidates dry , brittle surfaces in depth and protects against water and stains.
The product consolidates low-cohesion mineral materials in depth.

It remedies the main causes of material deterioration and recreates the destroyed mineral crystalline network in order to restore the treated support to its original mechanical properties.
Mineralizing Guard HO has water-repellent and oil-repellent properties that provide long-lasting protection for porous and low-porosity materials against the penetration of water , oil and stains of all kinds.

Implementation

Preparing the support

1. Apply the product to a clean surface that is absolutely dry both on the surface and throughout.
2. Depending on the friability of the surface, perform chemical or mechanical cleaning (using a brush). For new concrete constructions, wait for the surface to stabilize (28 days) before treatment.

Application

1. Use the product undiluted, do not dilute.
2. Conduct a preliminary test.
3. Apply until the surface is saturated in 2 passes with a minimum interval of 10 minutes.
4. Protected drying: 24 hours.
5. Optimal effectiveness achieved after 7 days of drying.
6. The treated substrate cannot be covered by another coating.

Application tools

Apply using a low-pressure sprayer with a Viton seal, a roller, or a brush.

Consumption

Friable and highly porous surfaces:
0.5 to 2 m²/L in 2 coats.

Porous surfaces:
3 to 5 m²/L in 2 coats.

Low-porosity surfaces:
6 to 10 m²/L in 2 coats.
