BF 200 UP - Injection Mortar - Akemi

A reactive injection mortar , approved by the supervision (DIBT) of construction sites which surpasses traditional composite systems by the optimal positive bond without expansion effect which it forms in the stone , its high resistance to rupture and its reducing effect corrosion.

Features :

Application domain :

Fastening galvanized or stainless steel anchor bars, threaded sleeves, profiles, etc. on natural stone, concrete, and masonry in sanitary facilities, for facades, stairs, eaves, wooden-metallic construction, parapets, fences etc.

Use :

1. Drill the hole dry in accordance with the table of characteristics using a drill or a hammer drill; for lightweight/cellular concrete in the form of a conical hole.
2. Any standing water in the drill hole must be removed before cleaning.
   Clean the drill hole (concrete, solid block: from the bottom, blow at least 4 x with the hand pump or compressed air, brush at least 4 x by machine with a suitable round wire brush, from from the bottom, blow at least 4 x with the hand pump or compressed air, perforated brick: from the bottom, blow at least 2 x with the hand pump, brush at least 2 x with a suitable round wire brush , from the bottom, blow at least 2 x with the hand pump).
3. For masonry, use a sieve sleeve.
4. Cartridge processing temperature +20°C, object temperature +5°C to +35°C.
5. Before putting the anchor bar in place, mark the desired depth on the anchor bar.
6. Put the cartridge in the gun, unscrew the mixer and press approx. 10 cm of mortar (at least 3 strokes) and throw it away; observe the processing times according to the reaction table!
7. Introduce the mixer to the bottom of the drill hole and fill with reactive mortar from the bottom upwards.
   When using screen nozzles, use a mixing tip for filling.
8. Push in the threaded rod or rebar by hand up to the mark while turning it, check the amount of filling.
9. See the curing time in the reaction table.
10. After the curing time has elapsed, mount the component and apply the torque according to the characteristics table.
