Akepox 3015 Rapid Bond - Fast glue - Akemi

2-component adhesive with rapid hardening and loading, liquid, in cartridge , exact dosage and homogeneous mixing.
Excellent adhesion on contact, particularly on metal and siliceous natural stone .

Very suitable for linings, assembly work and for bonding profiles thanks to its high initial strength.
The 2-component cartridges guarantee easy, secure and clean work. An exact and homogeneous mixture.

• Limited resistance of sizing to outdoor weathering
• The product does not tend to crystallize, which allows it to be stored without problems and gives it good processing safety.

Use :

1. Thoroughly clean the surfaces to be bonded and roughen them.
2. Remove the cap from the cartridge, insert the cartridge into the gun, operate the handle until material comes out of both openings, if necessary, attach a mixing nozzle.
3. If you use it without a mixing nozzle, the two components must be well mixed.
4. The mixture can be used for about 3 to 5 minutes (20°C).
   After approx. 20 to 40 minutes (20°C), the adhesive reaches a very high initial strength, after approx. 2 to 4 hours (20°C), gluing can be requested.
   Maximum strength after 7 days.
5. Tools can be cleaned with AKEMI Cellulose Lacquer Thinner.
6. Heat accelerates and cold retards the hardening reaction.
7. Can be used for at least 1 year when stored in a cool place.
